FOR CONSTRUCTING AND LAND ACQUISITION OF PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE AGUA SANA REGIONAL WATER SYSTEM IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct and acquire land for phase 2 improvements to the Agua Sana regional water system project in Rio Arriba county.
