FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ARTESIA ADULT BASIC EDUCATION SITE IN ARTESIA IN

EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred ninety-six thousand three hundred fifty dollars ($196,350) to renovate and purchase equipment for the Artesia adult basic education site in Eddy county.
