REQUESTED BY

FOR TECHNOLOGY-BASED INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AND NEEDS AT

INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the commission on higher education

thirteen million three hundred thirty-four thousand three hundred seventy-three dollars ($13,334,373) for technology-based infrastructure projects and needs at institutions of

higher learning throughout the state.
