REQUESTED BY

FOR A HEAD START AND DAYCARE FACILITY IN THE TOADLENA AND TWO GREY

HILLS AREA OF SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish or purchase, install, furnish and equip a head start and daycare facility in the Toadlena and Two Grey Hills area of San Juan county.
