REQUESTED BY

FOR CLEARANCES, RIGHTS OF WAY AND ASSESSMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

POWERLINE EXTENSIONS IN CRYSTAL IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to fund field clearances, rights of way and archaeological and environmental assessments necessary to construct the powerline extension project in Crystal in San Juan county.
