REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SUPREME COURT BUILDING IN SANTA FE

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the supreme court building commission

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to plan, design and construct phase 2 improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the supreme court facility located in Santa Fe county.
