FOR PURCHASING WATER RIGHTS FOR THE SAN RAFAEL WATER AND SANITATION

DISTRICT IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the interstate stream commission

one hundred twenty thousand dollars (120,000) to purchase water rights for the San Rafael water and sanitation district in Cibola county.
