REQUESTED BY

FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR ELECTRICAL

WIRING IN THE HOMES OF INDIGENT FAMILIES IN LITTLE WATER IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs pursuant to Subsection Q of Section 15 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) to plan, design and construct powerline extensions at Little Water chapter in McKinley county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to provide electrical wiring in the homes of indigent families in Little Water in McKinley county.
