REQUESTED BY

FOR A HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES BUILDING AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

fourteen million five hundred thousand dollars ($14,500,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a new health and social services building at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
