SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 42

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred sixty thousand dollars ($460,000) to expand the sports complex, including grading, irrigation, fencing, seating, access and parking, in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county; and

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to construct another wall at the veterans' monument in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
