SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 95

FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to repair and construct the roadway between Panorama and Desert Lakes road in Otero county; and

nine hundred thousand dollars ($900,000) to construct a section of roadway from the railroad tracks to United States highway 54 west and from the tracks east to Hamilton road in Otero county.
