FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN THE VILLAGE OF CLOUDCROFT IN OTERO

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

four hundred five thousand dollars ($405,000) to maintain existing water tank and purchase and install a second tank in Cloudcroft in Otero county; and

one hundred eighty-one thousand dollars ($181,000) to construct a wastewater treatment plant in Cloudcroft in Otero county.
