SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 200

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN ELEPHANT BUTTE IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred forty-eight thousand dollars ($148,000) for paving and street improvements in Elephant Butte in Sierra county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for a flood and storm drainage study for Elephant Butte in Sierra county.
