SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 201

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct west College avenue between Montana avenue and Sycamore avenue in the city of Roswell in Chaves county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for improvements at Spring River golf course in the city of Roswell in Chaves county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for improvements at Spring River park and zoo in the city of Roswell in Chaves county;

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to renovate the Cahoon park swimming pool bathhouse facility in the city of Roswell in Chaves county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for phase 2 expansion, improvements, landscaping and lighting of Hondo recreational trail in the city of Roswell in Chaves county;

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate, improve and expand the Roswell museum and art center in the city of Roswell in Chaves county; and

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for phase 3 improvements at the Cielo Grande soccer complex in the city of Roswell in Chaves county.
