REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE VILLAGE OF LOVING IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

four hundred two thousand five hundred dollars ($402,500) to renovate and upgrade the water distribution system in the village of Loving in Eddy county; and

three hundred ninety-seven thousand two hundred dollars ($397,200) for improvements to the well field and storage tank in the village of Loving in Eddy county.
