FOR THE TRACK AND SOCCER FIELD RECREATIONAL FACILITY PROJECT IN RIO ARRIBA AND SANTA FE COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000) to construct a track and soccer field recreation facility to serve Cordova, Truchas, Ojo Sarco, Rio Chiquito and Chimayo in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe counties.
