SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 331

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR COUNTY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to plan, design and construct parking areas and to improve county road 0324 near la clinica del pueblo de Rio Arriba in Tierra Amarilla in Rio Arriba county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to improve county road 370 in Lindrith in Rio Arriba county; and

one hundred twenty-four thousand four hundred dollars ($124,400) to improve county roads 270, 271 and 273 in Las Tablas; county roads 274 and 284 in Petaca; and county roads 250, 251 and 257 in Vallecitos in Rio Arriba county.
