FOR STADIUM FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ARTESIA SCHOOL DISTRICT IN

EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state department of public education

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for stadium facilities improvements in the Artesia school district in Eddy county.
