44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL ATHLETIC IMPROVEMENTS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN

PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

five thousand dollars ($5,000) for fencing and seating at the baseball fields at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for a sound system in Greyhound arena at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to resurface the tennis courts, seating and restrooms at the athletic facilities of eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to renovate the football field house at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
