REQUESTED BY

FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING A PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE CENTER IN THE EAST

MOUNTAIN AREA OF TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan and design a primary medical care center in the east mountain area of Torrance county.
