REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE MINERS' COLFAX MEDICAL CENTER IN COLFAX

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the miners' Colfax medical center

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) from the miners' trust fund to purchase a high-speed computer tomography scanner for the miners' Colfax medical center in Colfax county;

thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000) from the miners' trust fund to purchase an infant ventilator for the miners' Colfax medical center in Colfax county; and

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) from the miners' trust fund to purchase a tractor for the miners' Colfax medical center in Colfax county .
