REQUESTED BY

FOR EXTENDING THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION

FOR A CONSTRUCTED WETLANDS IN THE PUEBLO OF ZUNI IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

The period of time in which the general fund appropriation made pursuant to Subsection M of

Section 33 of Chapter 4 of Laws 1996 (1st S.S.) and re-appropriated in Paragraph (3) of Subsection P

of Section 72 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 for constructing a constructed wetlands to process wastewater

for the pueblo of Zuni in McKinley county may be expended shall be extended through fiscal year 2004.

Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the

general fund.
