SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
HB 91 makes a $200.0 general fund appropriation to LGD, DFA to provide services to at-risk children at the Dona Ana County Educational Camp and recreational park as a pilot program for similar program services statewide.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill appropriates $200.0 from the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 reverts to the general fund.
