Synopsis of SEC Amendment
This amendment changes the appropriation beneficiary from Santa Fe Community College to the University of New Mexico.
Synopsis of Bill
This bill appropriates $6.0 from the general fund to the Governing Board of the Santa Fe Community College for the purpose of funding New Mexico community access television providers in outreaching and coordinating access to public, educational and governmental information via New Mexico PEG cable access channels.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $6.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 shall revert to the general fund.
