Synopsis of Bill
The bill appropriates $1 million in general fund to the Department of Finance and Administration for services for homeless individuals and families.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The bill appropriates $1 million in recurring general fund in FY01 to the Department of Finance and Administration. Balances would revert.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
The bill appropriates funds to the Department of Finance and Administration; however, the Mortgage Finance Authority is the state agency which administers homeless programs and funds.
