SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
This bill appropriates $2,360.0 from the tobacco settlement permanent fund to the Board of Regents of the University of New Mexico to enable the Canter Center, School of Medicine and Health Sciences Center to establish a multidisciplinary research program in human genomics.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $2,360.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the tobacco settlement permanent fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY03 shall revert to the tobacco settlement permanent fund.
