SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
The memorial requires the Department of Health and the Human Services Department to act as lead agencies to develop a coordinated and comprehensive system of delivery of health care services for children in Grant county.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The Department of Health suggests the activities in the memorial may be phased in through a two or three year plan with the Turning Point program funding a contract facilitator and the Masters in Public Health programs at either UNM or NMSU also contributing funds.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
The Department of Health indicates implementation of the memorial would require significant staff time.
