Synopsis of Bill
Senate Memorial 30 requests that the New Mexico Activities Association (NMAA) change its policies to improve its accountability and responsiveness to its members and to the public.
Significant Issues
The memorial requests that the NMAA and its Executive Director institute changes in association policies which address the concerns enumerated in the memorial's recitals:
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
Review of policies and rules is conducted periodically. It is therefore assumed that any costs to comply with the memorial's request are part of an ongoing process and will be borne by NMAA.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
NMAA staff and its board are requested to implement the request.
