2. On page 1, line 10, strike "JOINT".

3. On page 2, line 20, strike "LEGISLATURE" and insert in lieu thereof "HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES".

4. On page 3, line 3, after the semicolon insert "critical".

5. On page 3, lines 3 and 4, strike "that domestic wells do not now" and insert in lieu thereof "where domestic wells may".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
