REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN HOUSE DISTRICT 43 FOR THE BERNALILLO PUBLIC SCHOOL

DISTRICT IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install playground equipment to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the Cochiti elementary and middle schools in the Bernalillo public school district in Sandoval county; and

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install playground equipment to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the Algodones elementary school in the Bernalillo public school district in Sandoval county.
