REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF BERNALILLO IN SANDOVAL

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct the aerobic digester and dewatering facility at the wastewater treatment plant in Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty-three thousand dollars ($43,000) to relocate the softball field to ensure the safety of its users in Bernalillo in Sandoval county;

fifty-three thousand dollars ($53,000) to construct walking and jogging paths at Rotary park in Bernalillo in Sandoval county;

one hundred sixty-one thousand dollars ($161,000) to construct restroom facilities at Rotary park for general park use in Bernalillo in Sandoval county;

one hundred two thousand dollars ($102,000) to renovate little league restroom facilities at Rotary park, including making them compliant with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, in Bernalillo in Sandoval county;

one hundred two thousand dollars ($102,000) to plan, design and construct an entranceway to city hall that meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 in Bernalillo in Sandoval county; and

three hundred eighteen thousand dollars ($318,000) to plan, design and construct an addition between the police and emergency medical services stations in Bernalillo in Sandoval county.
