45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 2 IN BLOOMFIELD IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for infrastructure improvements to west Blanco boulevard in Bloomfield in San Juan county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) for the purchasing of, and improvements to, a seven-acre park site in the east area of Bloomfield in San Juan county;

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for a feasibility study on a second source water supply for Bloomfield in San Juan county; and

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for an engineering study and design for the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Bloomfield in San Juan county.
