45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR WATER-RELATED PROJECTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 39 IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

one hundred twenty-seven thousand dollars ($127,000) to purchase and install meters, tanks, level controller, shutoff valves and to make other related improvements to the water system in Chupadero-Rio en Medio in Santa Fe county;

one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) to design, construct and install vacuum valves, meters and fire hydrants to the Paseo C de Baca water system in La Cienega in Santa Fe county; and

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to replace the tank, meters and make other related improvements to the El Vadito de Los Cerrillos water association water system in Santa Fe county; and

to the office of the state engineer

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) for improvements to the Cerrillos dam storm and surface water system in Santa Fe county;

twenty-seven thousand seven hundred dollars ($27,700) for improvements to the upper acequia in La Cienega in Santa Fe county; and

fifty-six thousand dollars ($56,000) for structural removal, installation of valves, pipes and metal fabrication and to make other related improvements to the lower acequia in La Cienega in Santa Fe county.
