SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 299

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) for sewer system and infrastructure improvements in Williamsburg in Sierra county;

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to expand the village hall in Williamsburg in Sierra county; and

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to equip the volunteer fire department with extrication equipment in Williamsburg in Sierra county; and

to the office of the state engineer

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to rehabilitate the Hillsboro and Monticello levees in Sierra county.
