REQUESTED BY

FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN

BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three million dollars ($3,000,000) for the city of Albuquerque to make improvements to the drainage system at the northern end of the balloon launch field and soccer fields, including grading, irrigation and seeding, at balloon fiesta park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
