FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING THE OUTDOOR FARMERS' MARKET PLAZA IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct the outdoor farmers' market plaza in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
