45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE ALAMOGORDO PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state department of public education

four million dollars ($4,000,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a performing arts auditorium in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county;

three hundred eighty thousand dollars ($380,000) to construct and equip tennis courts at the high school in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county;

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to plan, design and construct a multipurpose field and running track for the Mountain View middle school in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county;

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to resurface the high school track in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for gymnasium improvements at Chaparral middle school in the Alamogordo public school district in Otero county.
