FOR CONSTRUCTING THE CHILD CARE CENTER AT SOUTWESTERN INDIAN POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct the child care center at southwestern Indian polytechnic institute in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
