FOR A GRAFFITI TAGGING WALL AT HERITAGE PARK IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to design and construct a wall at Heritage park to be used by graffiti artists for tagging in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
