FOR PROVIDING FOR A LIVE WEBCASTING OF PROCEEDINGS ON THE HOUSE AND SENATE FLOORS DURING LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS AT THE STATE CAPITOL IN SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the legislative council service

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for planning, designing and purchasing and installing equipment and communications lines to provide for a live webcast of proceedings on the house and senate floors during legislative sessions on the legislature's website in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
