FOR A COMMERCIAL REVITALIZATION PROJECT IN THE BARELAS NEIGHBORHOOD IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) to purchase and renovate a building on Fourth street and conduct a feasibility analysis for commercial revitalization of the Barelas neighborhood in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
