has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "PROVIDE THAT" and insert in lieu thereof "SPECIFY WHEN".

2. On page 1, line 14, strike "WITH THE GENERAL ELECTION".

3. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "with the general election" and insert in lieu thereof "on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in each odd-numbered year".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
