has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 21, before "directly" insert "that are".

2. On page 1, line 22, after "film" insert "and subject to taxation by the state of New Mexico".

3. On page 2, line 24, strike "company" and insert in lieu thereof "agent".
