has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, strike line 13 through the semicolon.

2. On page 2, line 1, strike "administration".

3. On page 43, line 14, strike "sixty" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty-eight".

4. On pages 46 through 55, strike Section 5 in its entirety.

5. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
