AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ASSESS THE FEASIBILITY OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SITES IN THE COMMUNITY OF MEXICAN SPRINGS.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to assess the feasibility of business development sites by producing a master plan, market survey, conceptual site design, business plan and a financial plan for the community of Mexican Springs in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
