MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NEW MEXICO HIGH SCHOOL MOCK TRIAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF LAW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 for the high school mock trial educational program at the university of New Mexico school of law. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
