MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PROVIDE IMMUNIZATION FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seven thousand dollars ($107,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2003 to immunize preschool children for hepatitis A as a condition of school enrollment. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2003 shall revert to the general fund.
