FOR CONSTRUCTING A BUILDING FOR THE MUNICIPAL TRANSIT SYSTEM IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY, CONTINGENT ON A MATCH FROM THE FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty-six thousand dollars ($156,000) to construct a building for the municipal transit system in Carlsbad in Eddy county, contingent on a match from the federal transit administration.
