FOR LANDSCAPING AT THE INTERSTATE 25 AND UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 70 INTERCHANGE IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to landscape the area at the interstate 25 and United States highway 70 interchange in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
