FOR RENOVATING THE HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT P.R. LEYVA MIDDLE SCHOOL IN THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to renovate the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system at P.R. Leyva middle school in the Carlsbad municipal school district in Eddy county.
